You can also send your image to us via an attachment to an email, disk, memory card, or the photograph itself to scan. Images on a disk, memory card or actual photograph will be returned to you with your new custom puzzles. Image Resolution Tips
To ensure the best possible puzzle that you will treasure for years to come, a high quality photograph or digital image is a necessity. Digital cameras should be set to the highest image resolution possible. This allows us to fit it to the jigsaw puzzle size without sacrificing the quality of the image. The recommended minimum resolution is:
2400 x 1800 (for small puzzles)
and 4800 x 3200 (for large puzzles)

Depending on the aspect ratio of your image, we may need to crop it to fit our puzzle sizes.
UPGRADE! Add a personal message to the reverse of your puzzle!
If you select this option, once you add your custom jigsaw puzzle to the shopping cart, you will be presented with a screen to type your message in the font of your choice. These personal messages are engraved onto the backside of the puzzle.
Engraving space is limited to an area of approximately 6" x 3", so we recommend keeping your message short and sweet.
Because we cannot resell your uploaded image, there are NO REFUNDS for custom jigsaw puzzles.
